JURADO NACIONAL DE ELECCIONES:EN JUNÍN 8 DISTRITOS CON REVOCATORIA MUNICIPAL 2012
EL JURADO NACIONAL DE ELECCIONES CONFIRMA QUE SON 8 LOS DISTRITOS QUE INSCRIBIERON SUS SOLICITUDES DE REVOCATORIA MUNICIPAL 2012.
La Unidad Regional de Enlace Huancayo del JNE. Manifiesta que los distritos que pasarán a consulta popular para revocatoria serán ocho alcaldes y 30 regidores. El proceso de consulta se realizará en la provincia de Chupaca en el distrito de Tres de Diciembre, Concepción en los distritos de Nueve de Julio y Orcotuna, en Huancayo el llamado a la revocatoria se realizará en Colca y Chacapampa y en la provincia de Jauja la revocatoria se dará en los distritos de Masma, Huaripampa y Tunanmarca.
Los electores de estos distritos tendrán que acudir a las ánforas para decidir si sus alcaldes y Regidores se quedan o no a culminar sus mandatos.

FISCALÍA ESPECIALIZADA EN DELITOS DE CORRUPCIÓN EN “TOLERANCIA CERO A LA CORRUPCIÓN”.
LA FISCALÍA CORPORATIVA ESPECIALIZADA EN DELITOS DE CORRUPCIÓN DE FUNCIONARIOS DEL DISTRITO JUDICIAL DE JUNÍN, VIENE REALIZANDO VARIAS ACTIVIDADES ENFOCADAS EN SUS OBJETIVOS DE “TOLERANCIA CERO A LA CORRUPCIÓN”.
Como se sabe la Corrupción es uno de los fenómenos que más afecta a la sociedad, y la Corrupción Pública son todas aquellas malas prácticas de los funcionarios o servidores públicos, para desviar el ejercicio de la institucionalidad y las normas públicas a favor de intereses personales, de terceros o particulares, con un claro propósito de obtener beneficios económicos, de status, dádivas u otros.
Por tal motivo el Ministerio Público a través del Distrito Judicial de Junín, está realizando jornadas de capacitación, así como Jornadas de Sensibilización Contra la Corrupción, y de Capacitación Motivacional, orientadas al combatir las diferentes manifestaciones de la corrupción tipificadas en el del Código Penal como: “El Cohecho” Articulo 393, Art. 388 sobre el Peculado de Uso, la “colusión Art. 384 la malversación de fondos y el tráfico de influencias, entre otros.
